Icke-akut medicinsk transport är ett snabbt växande område, eftersom det finns många seniorer som behöver hjälp att komma till läkarbesök. Grundaren av Safe Travels Consulting bröt sig in i branschen med sitt eget transportföretag för flera år sedan. Men att tillhandahålla åkattraktioner i hans område var inte tillräckligt.

Grundaren Tommy Green sa till Small Business Trends, ”Vi säljer en kurs för att lära människor hur man startar sitt eget lönsamma icke-akut medicinska transportföretag.”
Det kan tyckas konstigt att hjälpa andra företagare att tillhandahålla en tjänst du också erbjuder. Men det finns massor av utrymme för tillväxt i NEMT-branschen runt om i landet. Och kursen öppnar upp för en helt ny intäktsström för företaget.
Affärsnisch
Tillhandahåller förstklassig service på sin marknad.
Green säger, ”Vi är ett av de högst rankade icke-nödmedicinska transportföretagen i Palm Beach, Florida.”
Dessutom upptäckte Green en ny intäktsström genom att hjälpa andra att starta sin egen NEMT-verksamhet. Kursen är öppen för entreprenörer i städer över hela USA
Hur verksamheten startade
Av misstag.
Green fick reda på branschen när en granne listade hennes icke-akuta medicinska transportföretag till försäljning. Så han började lära sig och hoppade sedan direkt in.
Han säger, ”Jag forskade om branschen, satte ihop en digital marknadsföringsstrategi och köpte ett fordon för att börja resan!”
Största vinsten
Acceptera försäkring genom mäklare.
Green förklarar, ”Det har öppnat en ny intäktsström för verksamheten med konsekvent arbete.”
Största risken
Att bryta sig in i branschen.
Green säger, ”Vår största risk var att komma igång. Resten har verkat falla på plats.”

Expanderar till fler omgivande län.
